Sent a package on 21st Dec paying extra delivery charge of £8.50 for delivery before Christmas.
Although I understand there may have been problems with deliveries before Christmas, your Order Tracking system is absolutely useless because it gives no other information than that I have placed an order, which I know anyway.
To date (26/12/20) I still have no other information as to where my order is in the "system" or its likely delivery date.
Please don't fob me off with "well, its Christmas!!" else what did I waste £8.50 on? Thank you for a swift & comprehensible reply.
