I inadvertently put down the wrong house number for delivery of a Red Letter Day experience gift card for a friend. When I spotted the error I rang Red Letter Day several times but it always went to voicemail as they were on training. I emailed and got a response to say the amendment had been noted and the item would be dispatched to the amended house number. However My friend received 2 separate Red Letter Days on the same day - one at her home address and one at the wrong address I supplied. Have I been charged twice? Also the voucher numbers are completely different. I paid £4 for a “Deluxe gift box” but it looks far from Deluxe!
Disappointing first experience which could well be my last.
Not good enough Red Letter Day.
