The whole voucher thing is a blooming con. I shudder to think how much money you make from unredeemed vouchers. We have begged friends and families NEVER to bother giving us these infernal vouchers. The process to redeem a voucher is ridiculous and interminable. Eventually you get some other bunch of numbers and then have to contact your venue of choice directly and then they only do red letter days in November .
