Tried to book my special meal at least 2 weeks before the expiry date. Discovered that the lunch experience was no longer available. There was no alternative that I didn't have to pay extra for (the experience was a present) and more maddening no means of contacting anyone remotely human at the company to rectify the problem. The live chat was impossible to find and go into. In other words the friend who bought the experience has been done out of payment made in good faith. If a company can't provide an effective means of communication with potential customers instead of written text suggestions that still fail to allow people to contact with their issues- it isn't fit for purpose.
