Appalling customer service!
Joke of a company who don't know what good customer service is. Booked a helicopter flight through them with 'Adventure 001' that they cancelled 3 times due to bad weather, then because I took too long to re-book wanted to charge me another £25 for the pleasure !!! Asked for a refund from 'Red Letter Days' and was given a flat 'No'. AVOID BOOKING WITH EITHER COMPANY!
