Got a follow up email from a member of the team the following day after I placed my order which was a really nice touch; although they haven’t since replied yet. I haven’t got the item out of the lovely bag it came in as I won’t be able to fold it as well and it is for a Christmas present! Well presented in a bag! Also little pack of haribos in with delivery which was a nice touch! The disappointing part is the postage cost of £5 for one item!! I had used a blue light discount code which was not good in the end because of that cost and that was the only option at the end and I really wanted the item so had to pay it. I had previously looked around the site to find shipping cost as that can often put me off and it said £2.99 then when I got to the basket it wasn’t so was quite gutted!! Will see what the item is like on Christmas Day but very excited to give it as a gift! :)
