Having missed placing an order for Christmas in time, stock had run out. I left my details for an email to be sent when the product was back in stock and received the email a couple of weeks later. Order was very easily placed and the communications were clear and steady to update me on delivery. Great collection of products, very well made and very good value by comparison to other makes.
