I ordered a 30 litre roll-top dry bag from Red Original. It is a great looking bag and really well made. I needed it to carry my kayak trolley on the back of the kayak so I contacted red original via live chat and they told me what size bag I needed. I ordered it with next day delivery but unfortunately the courier lost it! I contacted Red Original and Ross chased up the problem and ordered me another one. He even refunded my next day delivery charge. Great customer service from start to finish and a great product. Thank you and well done Red Original!
