I recently bought a second Red Paddle board (10’6”), which like the first one I bought (10’8”) is fantastic, the build quality is second to none. The wheeled bags they pack down in are very high quality and the Titan pump works a lot better the other brands that I have tried. My main reason for the review was the customer service I’ve just received was excellent. Unfortunately the new Titan pump that came with the new board didn’t work correctly on the high pressure inflation. So I connected Dave @Triocean (where I had bought the board from) who in turn got straight onto Red, who emailed me straight away with a solution. A courier would deliver the new one and collect to old. The next day I had a text from the courier saying they would be delivering the new pump the following day. The courier delivered the new pump, didn’t take the old one at this stage so we had time to use the packaging for the old pump and a couple of hours later the old pump was collected. The hole process was easy and efficient, I understand things can fail, but a true test of a good company is how that is dealt with and between Triocean and Red it was handled excellently, Thank you.
