On line ordering easy and prompt service to deliver (and I was contacted within 30 minutes regards an enquiry regards my mailing address. Website comprehensive, only gap being I was unable to contact distributor in Nth Manly (no response from 2 phone enquiries). I would have preferred to see the boards as packed size was critical for fit in a small car trunk. As it was, the bag did fit (just as it was 410mm thick when packed vs. 280mm indicated in specification).
