Asked for a partial refund, as we were unable to get into the property, as the owner admitted later that he had the wrong start date and didn't provide a valid code for the entry lock. Red Awning didn't have a phone number to connect with the owner, only an email. Will never use Red Awning again. Poor customer service, as they only offered a $30 refund for our 3 hr delay getting into the property!
