The rental looked nice, but we had so many issues. To start, in the listing it should say that you have to enter through a gate, then a door, down a hallway, out the back door, down a very narrow set of steps, under a patio, then you reach your rental. Carrying suitcases and a 1 year old was nearly impossible to navigate. The next issue was the air-conditioning, we contacted the host as soon as we arrived about how hot it was and there was not an AC setting on the thermostat. There was no remote for the air-conditioners on the walls either. We sent numerous photos and messages to explain the situation and they kept responding that they would look into it, but no one ever came. Another huge issue we had was that we received a message telling us there were police on their way to evict us from the property for being loud and having unapproved guests there. The issue was that there were cameras and if they would have looked into the situation first, they would have seen it wasn't us. A few other issues were that a washer and dryer was listed for use and it did not work, there were very few towels for a 4 night stay, and the garage under the unit did not have a working lock into the unit so other people could have access to where we were staying.
