Disappointing in the way my garden was prepared for turf. I felt it was rushed. None of the old membrane or stones/gravel were removed and you can feel the gravel under the turf. There are dips and lumps all over. I did raise this after it and was told it would sort itself out. It didn’t. 6 months plus later it’s still awful.
