I have normally had a very good experience with Redfoot shoes. Prompt delivery and excellent quality and value. But with my recent order made on the 11/12/20 I am disappointed.
No sign of delivery it is now 07/01/21. I have emailed several times and received just automated responses. I wonder if it was delayed with Covid interruptions to travel just before Christmas? Pity Redfoot can’t just let one know with a notice on their website. In fairness I have never had a problem before and have always found Redfoot Shoes excellent to deal with.
