Good design and good quality fittings. Sadly those are the only positive comments I can make about Redrow. I am sure it varies across the country but here in a development in South Wales the finish was dreadful and in particular in the second phase with a different site manager. Still having problems with Customer Services as outstanding snagging from June 2019 not completed and found out today that Redrow won't complete them and referred us to the NHBC regs. Problem has been that the first contact at the Customer service did not record our snaggings and now they regard them as new issues !!! The neighbours around us have multiple issues with Redrow. Positive reviews amaze me and I only wish that was our experience.
