I've been using Train Reeclaim a little short of a year now and I am honestly astounded more people aren't using. I have a long commute on the Metropolitan line which is routinely delayed due to preventable disruption. This year Train Reeclaim has helped me get back in the region of £200 after a 1 minute setup. Given that it takes about 5 minutes to perform a single service delay refund claim, this is absolutely amazing. I've recommended it to friends and family who have been similarly astonished by the amount they're refunded. Moreover I've not only financially benefited but can attest to having a much brighter outlook. My train cancelled just before my final stop and facing the prospect of a 90 minute walk or a half hour wait? Oh well, I'll march the platform to keep warm, get some steps up for my Vitality membership and don a smile knowing my £7 fare will be refunded. I believe getting everyone I know to use this service will put pressure on TFL to improve their service management. Time will tell but I'd like to see fewer refunds as the years go by.
