My second large batch of film processing by RFL and great work as before. This time however I got in a hurry and forgot to fill in the shipping line. The default is to assume negatives are not needed so are not shipped. After shipping my film I was reading the order email from RFL and noticed my mistake. They responded right away and my problem was taken care of. Other than that, as with my previous RFL order, the uncut negatives were shipped in a much better manner than my previous lab. A softer negative sleeve material and larger box prevent the crinkles I often got in my uncut negatives from my previous lab.
