Reformed needs to update their FAQ asap. When I first started ordering from them (sept ‘22) they would always send me an email to let me know that my film arrived the same day that it arrived, and then I would receive my scans in 3-4 business days after that as promised. They seem to be getting more business in recent months, because they are no longer meeting the timelines outlined in their FAQ. For example, my most recent order arrived early morning 08/24/23. They didn’t send me an email to let me know that my film arrived safely until early evening 08/25/23. When they did send me this email they said that my photos will take 5-6 days to develop instead of 3-4. I’m not bothered by this change in timeline, but I am frustrated that they haven’t updated their own FAQ to accurately deflect what they’re capable of promising customers.
