I ordered some film from Reformed Film Lab recently. They reached out to me to let me know that one of the film rolls I ordered was out of stock and were willing to work to resolve the issue in a way that I preferred. (They ended up finding more stock of that film so it all worked out in the end!) I received my order quickly and everything looks great. The customer service was great and I'm excited to try my new film, and I will definitely order from Reformed Film Lab again in the future!
