This lab puts people first. I sent in some APS film (which I didn’t realize they don’t develop) and they directed me to another lab that would take it. They told me I would just have to fill out a form on the other company’s website and they’d ship my film to them. I really appreciated how they went out of their way to make sure my film was being taken care of. They also were very transparent about how long developing/scanning would take, how my film’s exposure looked to them (I’m always open to information that’ll help me improve), and about any changes to my bill. I had Sierra helping me. She sent a personalized video my way saying hi. Even though I’m on the other side of the country, I feel very much involved in the development process!
