RFL do excellent work. I discovered them when the Covid pandemic started. Since then they have developed and scanned a ton of color 35mm film for me. A big chunk of the film we send them is double exposures or prefogged experimental film stock. They do a great job with those films. They have great customer service. Many times I have forgotten to include the order number in my shipment to them and was able to email them to give them the info. Other times I forget to check the box to return negatives and I email them and they send an invoice over email so I can add shipping for negative return. I highly recommend RFL.
