I started using RFL for developing due to their decent pricing, but I've kept coming back due to the consistent results and responsive staff. I haven't ever ordered prints, but scans have been good quality and haven't required additional color balancing- unlike a local lab I tried a few times where color balance for scans was sometimes all over the place. Both developing and shipping negatives back has been in a timely manner.
