Refresh Cartridges are excellent and the response to my recent order was well up to standard. The shame was that it was ruined by the part played by Royal Mail in the process. The order was made by me on Sunday 28th August, it was despatched Monday 29th August (Bank Holiday) via Royal Mail 24 / Courier and arrived with the parcel split open (photo attached) on Thursday 1st September.
