I paid $6,300 for two bedroom window curtains. I am very unhappy I did not get perfection in my curtains fo the price I paid. The tracks on my curtains are very poor quality, I have to use my hands to pull them along the track instead of the cords pulling them smoothly closedown open. The tracks came out of the ceiling, and were repaired promptly, the problem is they don’t hug the window frame on the right side of the two windows. I am hugely disappointed with the quality of the tracks and the insulation as such. As to the staff and their attention to me, it was superb. Jean Hardy Canberra
