I'm not very technical and struggled to find a new computer that would meet my needs. It looked all too easy to spend more that necessary and get lots of functions that I don't want. I've always used Dell products, expensive but worth it, but I didn't want the very latest version so I rang NRG:IT and spoke to a really helpful gentleman who was able to advise me the best fit for my needs and didn't in any way try to sell me more than I wanted. Result is a new system £150 less that a brand new Dell just a slightly older model which is doing everything I need. Delivery was fast and effortless.
