this is very good firm -I purchased cosmetic damagea dell 23 aio-which they updated for Win10pro for me. And a Dell 28" 4k monitor.both were flagged with a more than full description of cosmetic defects-
for the aio you literally needed a microscope & had to also adjust the screen to an unusable/unlikely angle to notice minor scratches to the touch screen.
for the 4k monitor they selected amongst the panels so I would have a perfect screen (rather than cosmetic scratch) but with a small nick to bezel
the price savings were really good
