Re insuring me to be confident to make a purchase with them. The key selling points are the 3 year on-site warranty and the low product price compared to other re-sellers. The only downside was that I had to wait over 3 months for the product to come available in stock. Suggest that the company has a method in which to inform customer when the product is in stock and provide any updates if there were any delays. As to the receipt of the product, it came delivered in a timely manner and well packaged to ensure that the product came to me in one piece.
