Delivery was fantastic quick, however, I noticed 5 dead pixels on my screen, despite the website saying their returns only covers 6 or more dead pixels, I sent in an email anyway and then later received a phone call to confirm the issue so they've sent out a replacement on the very same day for next day delivery! NRG:IT is definitely a company I'll be keeping in mind for future purchases, their customer service is exceptional! They really know how customer service works and they do it good. They're even going to check my replacement before they send it out to guarantee it's dead pixel free. Within two hours I received an email confirming the dispatch. Overall a phenomenal experience buying from them.
