Unbelievably high level of personal service. My telephone inquiry was answered and resolved very quickly. The model of Dell monitor that I wanted was out of stock, but they phoned me back when one came in, put it to one side, phoned me again to make sure that I was aware how to pay for it through the web site and it was with me the very next day.
