Ordered a monitor which was quickly dispatched and a tracking number assigned. Unfortunately the monitor was damaged in transit. I contacted NRGIT customer support by email who were very helpful and courteous and immediately arranged for a courier to deliver a replacment monitor and pick up the damaged one at the same time. A refreshing experience in a market filled with cowboys. Cheers!
