Order arrived on time, with free delivery, and was overall significantly cheaper than other vendors I looked into. The packaging was somewhat questionable - looked like someone had gone nuts with brown paper and parcel tape - but it did the job, plus the boxes that Dell monitors come in are very durable. Products are as described - mint condition and seemingly unopened. Very happy with the order.
