Having read a number of negative reviews, we were apprehensive as we were booked by Regiojet bus from Krakow to Ostrava, Osrato Prague and from Prague to Budapest. The bus was OK...on time and comfortable. The trains we took to Prague RJ1010 and Budapest RJ1035 were excellent. The service on board was exemplary, the staff very courteous. We'll done Rigiojet!
