Used Regiojet from Karlovy Vary to Peague. Ticket collector refused to sell me a ticket despite having lots of time. He would not change the time (my ticket was for 8pm), saying it had to be done online only - which was not true according to a Regiojet driver. His reaction...............he just laughed. Absolutely despicable behaviour. My friend was left in tears as a result of his comments. He even gave me a sarcastic thumbs up as the bus left the station. Disgusting behaviour from a small minded, lazy and basically creepy man who was too scared to give his name. I took pictures of him as he cowered on to the bus refusing to let me ask the driver who looked bewildered Shame on Regiojet for employing someone not interested in people or customer service. Disgraceful and a shame for the good people that work for this company. He lets you all down
