They are horrible. I would never recommend to travel with them. They are so unprofessional, unfriendly. They let me get on the train along with my pet dog and later once the train starts they want a box for my dog. Had they told me earlier we would not board the train and travel in a pet friendly train. They cause a lot of stress. I will never travel with them again.
