My son is quite a large chap so we bought him one of their 'heavy duty' bed frame and mattress. We had it delivered in the new year and by March the mattress material had started to split across it. I contacted the company who sent an 'engineer' to have a look at it who said that they had never seen a fault like it before and that it must be due to 'misuse'! My son is 25, single and lives at home - what do they think he will do to 'misuse' it! I contacted the company on several occasions, even quoting my Consumer Rights. They refused to give me another mattress or a refund but did offer to sell me a new one for 20% less!! I would never ever recommend this company to anyone!
