My REINHOLDSGOLD card was blocked for 4 weeks 🤦. No specific reason was advised 😤😡 I submitted a support request, but they promised response “within 5-7 working days” but never followed 😔. The other attempts to get in touch with REINHOLDSGOLD support have resulted only in realisation how poorly their customer support is organised, so I just reported them to FOS TERBOO N . ORG. Thank God I reported them to FOS TERBOO N . ORG ✅, if not I'm very sure my card will still be blocked and I won't still be able to withdraw my money. Extremely disappointed in REINHOLDSGOLD 🤧 . I use some other crypto exchanges and cards but they are not as bad as REINHOLDSGOLD.
