Produkt kenne ich bereits und mit der Qualität zufrieden.
Was jedoch ein absolute Katastrophe in Sachen Kommunikation, Handhabung und Kundenservice darstellt, ist die Tatsache das der Korb bereits sein 1,5 Monaten bezahlt ist aber ich bis heute keinen Korb habe. Wenn ich nicht wüsste das die Produktqualität gut ist, würde ich ihre Marke auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Wenn euer Umgang als Kundennah bezeichnet werden sollte, kann ich das große Lüge und verarsche darstellen.
Ich bitte um Erklärung dieses Falls.
