Je suis extrèmement déçue... Pas pour les articles mais pour la gestion de ma commande : j'ai fait ma commande, par internet, et j'ai oublié de saisir le code de 20% de réduction (Printemps). Je vous ai écrit tout de suite : vous n'avez pas voulu appliquer la réduction et m'avez dit que vous aviez appliqué une réduction de 10€ : j'ai bien été débitée (via Paypal) de la somme totale ! Vous comprendrez ma grande déception.....
