Avoid online shopping from Reiss!!!! They deliver and return through Evri which is a very unreliable courier. I ordered 16 items online, which arrived in 4 different packages. I returned 15 out of the 16 items the next day in their original packages with the return labels provided all in the same parcel shop all at the same time. Out of the 4 packages I received confirmation for return for 2 of them, but refunded for only 1 package including 4 items. The other 11 are worth £1377 I normally hang on to the receipt for returns but this time since I received confirmation for 1 out of the 4 packages, I got rid of the receipts thinking the rest will come through too since they were all processed at the same time. The customer service refused to help investigating the case. I have lost £1377. A truly disappointing experience.
