Disappointed with Packaging - Dress Arrived in Untidy Plastic I recently purchased a dress very expensive from Reiss and was disappointed with how it was packaged. The dress was simply wrapped in plastic which left it looking untidy and creased. Given the price point of the dress, I expected better care taken with its packaging to ensure it arrived looking pristine. As a result, I've had to take it to a dry cleaner to get it properly cared for. For future customers, I'd suggest Reiss company consider improving their packaging methods for high-end or expensive items to better protect and present the products.
