i like the clothes, however the customer service is at a decline at the London City Stores. unless you buy full price, not sale items, you will be treated as a discount customer and they certainly won't hide that attitude. (previously have bought full price items and could see the difference in service). cherry on top is that you get different type of shopping bags depending if it's a full price/ sale item, almost as if making you ashamed of your purchase. due to the unpleasant service at several stores, i will be making my purchases online if i choose to buy from this brand again.
