Bought Samsung washing machine with recycle and installation, unfortunately
due to covid-19 and change of rules could only deliver curb side. I put old machine outside and they still recycled. Item arrived quick keeping me informed on arrival. Fully refunded me for both installation and recycling even though they took old machine away. Very pleased, excellent customer service.
