Holding money indefinetly in their account until the exchange rate goes down. Please never go for indicative rate with them. They never attend calls and once they got your money. They only respond quickly if you want to initiate money transfer, make new sales. Once they got money, they will never respond & hold the money indefintely until exchange rate goes down. Sucks. Direct netbanking transfer always fails and they will insist you to do the money transfer to their account, which takes forever to complete the transfer. I have already sent three emails, four calls and attended one incoming call related to this. They dont want to resolve it.
