Recieved sample promptly then when I ordered the entrance mat it also came very quickly. The backing on the furbo mat is much better than anything we have had before. It cuts very easily and cleanly and stays in place. It collects the dirt but it also hoovers very easily because it is tufted rather than looped. I am very pleased with it.
