We were looking for a contractor to remodel our kitchen due to a water leak. Very impressed with Remodel Express from the onset. Our contractor (Wade) showed us actual product samples from his van on the spot which was very helpful when making decisions on materials, quality, and colors. An estimate of services was provided within 24 hours and we were under contract shortly after. Wade was very hands-on/available throughout the entire process, keeping us informed of the next steps, sub-contractor times and schedules, etc. Any issues prior, during, or after completion of the project (which were not very many) were addressed timely by Wade. Initially, I wasn't certain the time noted in the contract would be achieved; however, it was completed on time and within budgeted/contracted amounts.
