Absolutely awful!!!! Arranged collection of my car a week ago, filled in my bank details online as my preferred payment method! They are claiming this didn't happen, so when my car was collected I was given a cheque, this was given along with a receipt and part of the v5 document so I did not see it and scrap collector did not tell me it was there. Once realising I had a cheque I got in touch with remove my car who said it would cost me £10 to change it to a bank transfer, I reluctantly agreed. I then received a WhatsApp message regarding my query so I asked them to check that the transfer was happening. They said no, they would have to ask the bank to cancel the cheque first but this would be done that day and the transfer would happen either today or next day (within 24 hours) and guess what no money!!!! I have just contacted removemycar via WhatsApp, talk about useless and rude!!! They are now trying to say that I need a letter from my bank confirming the cheque is cancelled (this is a complete lie, i have spoken to my bank and they would not send me a letter for this) and they won't transfer the money until then and can't tell me when this is because that depends on the bank!!!! LIES, LIES, LIES!!! I have also requested a phone call from them to discuss the matter and they have ignored my request, I am very frustrated and disappointed!!!! In this current climate I really need this money!!! I highly recommend that you use a different company! They have taken (stolen) my car and I not paying me for it!!!! I will be taking this further, I will be leaving this review on other sites!!! I want my money!!!!!
