I booked in collection for Friday 24th May. I was told I would hear from the collection company on the day when they were about half an hour away. Great, I thought. This is all going smoothly. I'll clear my plans on Friday, hopefully they'll contact me earlier in the day but no problem if not, I just wanted the car removed. I heard nothing all day. It got to 5pm and not even a message or an email to apologise. So I took my business elsewhere. Today, Tuesday 28th, I receive a text from the collection company confirming my collection for tomorrow. That's not the date I agreed with Remove My Car. There was a serious lack of communication between the companies here and someone as to take responsibility. I can probably guarantee I'm not the first person this has happened to. Sort it out, RMC.
