I started with just immunity plus and after finishing a bottle., I changed to daily morning routine of combining Apple Powder, Gut & Digestion & Beauty Collagen with water. I have a frozen shoulder last year and pain is slowly going away. I know it will help me get back to normal. I also noticed gum health has improved. My very old leg lscar also has kind of lightened. That is insane! Energy levels are great. I used to suffer from some kind of sleep inertia. I wake up now with no issues. The only downside I notice is some kind of occasional itch but I wasn’t to sure where is the reaction coming from. Overall, as long as I’m seeing benefits.
