I fell and hurt my knee many years ago and more often than not it gets inflamed and I find it difficult to go up and down stairs. I started taking 'An APPLe a day' activated phenolic tablets about 3 weeks ago and I am just about pain free. I can go up and down stairs much easier and the inflammation has just about gone. Very happy with the result. I have not had to take any other medication. I have also purchased the powder form and will be taking that as well. Thank you so much.
