This company (Broker based in Hong Kong) approached me 5 months ago to open an account with them and to invest via their platform in different assets. a single contact was dedicated to me to talk to me about the different investment possibilities and to advise me. after opening an account with them, and depositing funds, I started trading and at first it seemed to be good. then they harass you to deposit more and more money. wanting to end my activity with them, I wanted to make a transfer from my account with them to my account, and there surprise, impossible to make the transfer. The icing on the cake, the advisor asked me to make a deposit of €10,000 to be able to trade on the earnings reports, which I couldn't do (and I didn't want to do), he wasn't happy and he subsequently deliberately opened a trade order (on gold) on my account which caused me to lose €2,000 in a few hours, even though he knew very well that gold was falling.
